Datsit, Nut Free Whipped Body Butter
“A magical fluffy cloud-like body butter that glides on and melts into the skin. The triple whipped texture is so light I thought I would need half the pot just to use once, but a little does go a long way and the butter melts into a light oil that skims across skin leaving it subtle and quenched. After a hot bath I felt the butter locked in moisture, and problem areas, like dry heels and hands, were improved after just a few uses. I used overnight on dry hands (using cotton gloves) and they felt five years younger in the morning, so soft and nourished. I have used on my son’s delicate skin, and this too has helped to improve dry areas and sustain moisture. This product is fab.”
LUMI, Lullaby Rescue Balm
“There is a feint herbal earthy scent to this light blue balm. I liked the concentrated texture. It isn’t an oily balm or a hard one that you need to melt before use. I used it on the dry patches on my eczema-prone hands, before bed and during the day, and appreciated the rich, yet non greasy protective layer it left. After a month, my hands are far less rough. Many of the dry patches on my hands have healed, and cleansing my face with my hands is a far nicer experience. My husband has also been using it on the dry patches on his legs, and he too is impressed by its performance, much preferring the rich, non oily texture of this product to many others. An excellent product.”

Casa Mencarelli, BELLISSIMA BALM – Sea Buckthorn Balm
“My skin adores this balm. It makes dry and sore skin look and feel calm. Skin stays moisturised all day. After a month of using I am astonished at how much plumper, younger and healthier my skin looks. I used this on my face in bad weather and came back looking healthy not chapped which was a miracle. My dry eczema on my hands cheered up so quickly and my fingers look normal. I am besotted.”
Dublin Herbalists, Skin Saviour
“Refreshing and calming herbal fragrance. Used it everywhere from eyebrows to toes and for each and every use it has worked and soothed or calmed. Has worked on dry skin, eczema skin behind my right ear, bruised bumped skin and I’ve no doubt it would work on many skin needs. The nourishment and soothing and softening it offers, from just a little bit, is perfect.”
Laponie of Scandinavia, Cleansing & Balancing Face Mask (Powder to Gel Formula)
“Only a tiny amount needed to make up the gel. Once on it is slightly cooling, pleasant and relaxing. It rinsed off easily and face felt softer after every use. Excellent for soothing irritated skin. The results are good. The texture of my skin is silky soft and wrinkles especially on my forehead have been softened.”
Lyonsleaf, Calendula and Marshmallow Balm
“I was impressed by the overall performance. The balm, with its beautiful soft texture, melts into the skin beautifully, absorbing and leaving little to no residue on the skin. I found it particularly useful on my dry, eczema patches on my arms as it seemed to soothe the itch almost immediately, and made the skin softer to the touch.”
Manuka Doctor, Ceramide Moisturising Cream
“All I can say is — wow! This sinks into the skin so quickly, and smoothed the dry skin on my hands. I have dry skin on the palms of my hands as well as very dry knuckles, and just one application has worked wonders for making my skin feel more comfortable. It is lovely to use after bathing, and a little does go a long way. Hands are transformed. Promises plumper smoother skin and delivers. Amazing.”
Õrn Kuu, Värske – Cleanse & Nourish Multipurpose Oil
“When I started using this, the skin on my face was deeply annoyed — dry, rough, red and chapped. I started using it over my moisturiser before bed, and then was so impressed, I’d use it in the morning also. My skin would immediately look dewy and hydrated, and feel less sore and tight. After a couple of weeks, flaky dry skin has hugely improved, and skin felt soft, smooth, hydrated and happy.”
Tropic Skincare, Skin Re-Leaf Soothing Moisturiser
“Both my teenage daughter and I used this cream. She particularly liked that it helped to keep her pimples at bay and I enjoyed the soothing, calming response from using the cream. M skin appeared happier, calmer and less stressed. It is pleasant to use and instantly creates calmness. It’s ‘re-leaf’ cream which is definitely a relief to the skin.”

Brightening Hero, Brightening Hero – tranexamic acid gel
“This soaked right in, and didn’t feel at all tight or uncomfortable. I was impressed to notice quite quickly that the purple-ish discolouration from recent acne was reducing. Within a week or two it was barely noticable, and at the end of the month had gone. I also felt like I had fewer breakouts while using this in my usual problem areas. Didn’t irritate my dry and sensitive skin at all. Delivers results!”
Green People, Scent Free 24-Hour Cream
“Early performance was excellent. I liked it at once, even before I’d put it on my skin. Once on skin, it felt great. My skin felt treated. Performance was maintained. I varied the quantity I used and my skin seemed able to ‘take’ it, either way. As it’s for sensitive skin, the number 1 goal in my book is to not irritate — and it did not irritate mine. Skin felt supported and secure and safe with this.”
Lyonsleaf, Zinc and Calendula Cream
“I used it on my son’s nappy rash and it had visibly improved after just one application. Continued to be effective at reducing redness and irritation. I also applied it to a patch of eczema on my hand and after a few days it felt less itchy and looked better. I was impressed with the results. I feel it has definitely delivered on its promises to cool and soothe the skin and give it a protective barrier.”
Made by the Beekeeper, Wonder Balm
“Incredibly versatile, not only for itchy skin from insect bites, but for sore sunburnt skin. I found myself reaching for this more and more. Itchy skin? Sorted! Dry skin? Sorted! I found my dry skin feeling more supple and cared for as time went on, and my husband’s ezcema was no longer keeping him awake at night. Did a fabulous job.”
The Eco Stall, Naked Oats
“Lathers quickly and easily. It releases a rich, slightly oily foam which feels nourishing and cossetting on dry, cracked hands. After drying I have found that it leaves a light oily film on the skin. This helps hands feel comfortable and hydrated. An excellent soap, particularly when eczema is at its most uncomfortable. Nourishes, soothes and feeds the skin.”
